The Denair Unified School District warmly welcomes new families and young learners! Enrollment
is now open for Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten at DECA. Whether you live in
Denair or a surrounding community, our doors are open to you.

Documents Needed for Registration

Please be prepared to upload the following during the online enrollment process:
  • County Birth Certificate
  • Current Immunization Records
  • Proof of Residence (Utility bill such as TID/MID or PG&E)

is now open for Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten at DECA for the 2026/2027 year.
Whether you live in Denair or a surrounding community, our doors are open to you.
 

Eligibility Dates (2026–2027 School Year)

Kindergarten: Child must turn 5 years old by September 1, 2026
(Born between September 2, 2020 – September 1, 2021)

Transitional Kindergarten (TK): Child must turn 4 years old by September 1, 2026
(Born between September 2, 2021 – September 1, 2022)

> DECA proudly offers two educational pathways: a Traditional program and a Dual Immersion (Spanish)
program starting in Kindergarten
 
> Our full-day Kindergarten and TK programs provide a nurturing environment where children can learn,
play, and grow.
 
> All students enjoy free, nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snack, keeping them fueled for a day of
learning and fun.
 
>For those who qualify, we also offer morning and after-school Extended Learning Opportunities (ELOP)

Please be prepared to upload the following during the online enrollment process:
  • County-issued Birth Certificate
  • Current Immunization Records 
  • Proof of Residence (e.g., Utility Bill - TID/MID, PG&E, Mortgage, Rental Agreement)
      • All bills/statements must be recent, have the parent/guardian's name and show the property address.
      • If you currently share a residence and don't have a utility bill in your name, please contact the office for a Shared Residence Form.
