DECA enrollment is now fully online!

Give your child a strong start at Denair Elementary Charter Academy (DECA)—where curiosity is

sparked, confidence is built, and every child belongs. In our warm, inclusive community, every child

thrives socially, emotionally, and academically, while we nurture curious minds through play, language,

and meaningful connections.

The Denair Unified School District warmly welcomes new families and young learners! Enrollment

is now open for Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten at DECA for the 2026/2027 year.

Whether you live in Denair or a surrounding community, our doors are open to you.

Eligibility Dates (2026–2027 School Year)

Kindergarten: Child must turn 5 years old by September 1, 2026
(Born between September 2, 2020 – September 1, 2021)

Transitional Kindergarten (TK): Child must turn 4 years old by September 1, 2026
(Born between September 2, 2021 – September 1, 2022)

Documents Needed for Registration

Please be prepared to upload the following during the online enrollment process:

County-issued Birth Certificate
Current Immunization Records
Proof of Residence (e.g., Utility Bill - TID/MID, PG&E, Mortgage, Rental Agreement)
- - All bills/statements must be recent, have the parent/guardian's name and show the property address.
  - If you currently share a residence and don't have a utility bill in your name, please contact the office for a Shared Residence Form.

Enrollment Process

Step 1: Request Digital Registration Forms
- Fill out the Google form to request the Digital Registration Forms.
- The form can be accessed through the link below
- A printed QR code is also available at the DECA office and on our social media platforms (ParentSquare, Facebook, or Instagram).
Step 2: Complete Enrollment in Aeries
- After submitting the Google form, families will receive a link to DECA's enrollment forms via Aeries.
- This link will allow families to complete the enrollment process and upload the required documents.
  - Note: If you have an existing Aeries account, please do not login with that account, follow our link and use "Enroll A New Student" option.

Looking for Another Option?

Our State Preschool Program is available for families with children who are not yet eligible for TK or Kindergarten, or for those with other preschool-age children in need of care.
